Biography
Vadim Leviev is the founder and chief executive of Levievs, the Tel Aviv technology firm he started in September 2006. He has spent more than 25 years building digital products and hardening the systems behind them, and he still writes code as lead developer on his own projects.
The roles he held along the way shape how he runs projects today: system administrator, analyst, cybersecurity specialist, project manager and lead developer. His clients have come from gaming, food service, cybersecurity and the web. From 2016 to 2020 he worked as a full-stack developer at Expert Invest, building with PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS on Apache and Linux, working on blockchain products such as a platform to buy and sell Bitcoin, and using Cocos Creator for game work. From 2019 to 2020 he was also a full-stack developer at BuyMe.
In 2021 he founded Cyber72.com, which he leads as chief executive. In 2026 he co-founded VerifyString, the AI-security practice of Internet Solutions, where he leads the security and engineering vision: making the AI a company already runs visible, governed and safe, with prompt logging, data-leak prevention for language models and usage intelligence.
Vadim writes about the real risks of shipping AI into production, from insecure generated code to data exposure, and about practical security for the platforms small companies depend on, such as WordPress. The articles on this site come out of that work: what holds up in production, what fails, and what to check before it does.
He was born in 1978 in Leninabad, moved to Israel at thirteen and served in an IDF paratroopers unit from 1996 to 1999. He lives in Tel Aviv. His personal story is on the About page.
