Levievs.com builds web platforms, cybersecurity products, and AI tooling. We’ve been at this for over 25 years, which means we’ve seen a lot of approaches fail and learned what doesn’t.

I'm a founder, full-stack developer, and digital solutions architect with a track record spanning multiple industries — from gaming and food services to cybersecurity and web development.
Over the years I've worn many hats: system administrator, analyst, cybersecurity specialist, project manager, and lead developer. That breadth isn't accidental — I believe the best solutions come from understanding a problem at every layer of the stack.
Today, through Levievs.com, I help businesses build comprehensive digital solutions — from architecture and development to security and ongoing management. I take projects from concept to completion and stay accountable for results, not just deliverables.

Personally
I was born in 1978 in Leninabad, Tajikistan — back when that was still the Soviet Union. We moved to Israel when I was thirteen, and Tel Aviv has been home ever since.
Served in an IDF paratroopers' special-forces unit.
That stretch taught me more about discipline, decisions under pressure, and trusting the person next to you than any classroom could. A lot of how I run engagements today comes from that period — not the bravado of it, the quieter part: prepare properly, decide quickly, own the call.
I live with God in my heart. I'm convinced our lives are calculated down to the smallest detail — and that most people live under the illusion they're the ones changing anything.
