Levievs.com was founded in 2006 by Vadim Leviev, providing services such as web hosting, web design and web development. In 2008 Vadim and two business partners expanded the company by incorporating in San Francisco, CA. The company's new emphasis was providing cost-effective web development services in PHP, Python, Perl and C to its predominantly European and American clientele.
